We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange unused items within 7 days of purchase.
Important:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For in-store purchases with multiple payment types, refunds will be processed in the following order: Gift Cards first, then Credit/Debit Card, and Cash last (if applicable).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm it’s been received. You’ll also be notified whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
Haven’t received your refund yet? Try the following steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
Reach out to your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Please note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, email us at contact@arabiannutsworld.com and send your item to nearest our store
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. A gift certificate will then be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we’ll refund the original purchaser — and they’ll be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please mail it to:

You’ll be responsible for covering your own shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Return shipping time may vary depending on your location. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
